As he is gearing up for the release of his web-series Cyrus Webb Presents in August, the 39 year old is about to embark on a game-changing visit to New York June 14-18, culminating with lunch and an exclusive one-on-one interview with New York Times Bestselling author Jackie Collins and dinner with musical legend Dionne Warwick the same day.
“This is going to be a great opportunity to meet face-to-face some of the guests I have gotten to know simply over the radio waves and telephone,” says Webb. He will meet with both Collins and Warwick on Wed. June 17th during separate events.
What is Cyrus Webb Presents? Webb explains this way: “I see the program as the next step in sharing the work I am doing with the world.” Currently the radio show has over 1 million listeners online and is back on the radio dial in MS on WYAD 94.1 FM weeknights. Webb is also the Editor-In-Chief of Conversations Magazine which has thousands of readers online.
Cyrus Webb Presents will take the conversations Webb has been able to bring to the radio waves and feature in the pages of the magazine to a larger audience through Youtube. “It’s going to be great to meet some of the individuals I have been able to interview over the years,” says Webb.
Outside of the interviews with Ms. Collins and Mr. Warwick, Webb will be interviewing Mississippi’s own authors Stephanie Mitchell and Glenda L. Hunter, columnist Jennifer Waggoner and recording artist Hollywood Luck for the web-series.
